We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Google Cloud AI, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Mistral AI. As outlined in this Privacy Notice, your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. Our servers are located in the United States. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. 13. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
14. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information.

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
15. AI Provider Processing Clause
When you submit a query to Arc Iris, your query content is transmitted to and processed by three third-party artificial intelligence providers: OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). Each provider processes your query on their own infrastructure subject to their own privacy policies and data retention practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google before submitting sensitive information.
16. No AI Training Clause
Arc Iris does not use your queries, conversations, or personal information to train artificial intelligence models. Your content is submitted to our AI providers solely to generate responses to your queries.
17. Professional Advice Disclaimer
Arc Iris provides synthesized responses from multiple AI language models for informational purposes only. Nothing in Arc Iris constitutes legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Arc Iris responses should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. Always seek the advice of a licensed professional for decisions that may affect your legal rights, health, finances, or other significant interests.
18. Beta Service Clause
Arc Iris is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features, functionality, and data practices described in this policy may change as the product develops. We will notify users of material changes to this privacy policy via email or prominent notice within the application.
19. Query Content and Privacy Mode
Query content submitted to Arc Iris is transmitted to our AI providers to generate responses and may be temporarily stored to maintain conversation context. We recommend users avoid submitting personally identifiable information, confidential business information, or sensitive personal data in queries. Arc Iris is not responsible for the content users choose to submit.
